Our policy is to never disclose, sell to, or allow any other party to use or have access to our subscribers personal contact information.

TERMS OF USE
* The content of the You Capitalize web site is provided for informational purposes only. Subscribers agree that to act on this information is done so at their own discretion.
* As a subscriber you agree to indemnify and hold harmless You Capitalize, LLC from and against underperformance, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including any legal fees, potentially resulting from the application of any of the information provided by You Capitalize, LLC. This also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
* A subscription to You Capitalize is intended solely for the non-commercial use of the subscriber. Subscribers agree that they will not share any of the information provided nor reveal their login User ID and Password to others. You Capitalize, LLC reserves the right to cancel any subscription in the event a subscriber violates these terms.
* Cancellations initiated by a subscriber - Once notifying us via email, the subscriber will be refunded the unused portion of their subscription in whole one (1) month increments less a $10.00 processing fee.
MISCELLANEOUS
* You Capitalize, LLC reserves the right to change the terms under which it offers its services. Your continued use of these services after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.
